Gary Grigsby's War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945

A war on an epic scale from Moscow to Berlin – this is the War in the East!

Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945 is the spiritual successor to the excellent Eastern Front board and computer wargames of the past; a turn-based strategy game set during World War II at the division and brigade levels, spanning the entire Eastern Front at a scale of 10 miles per hex. Players will take part in massive, dramatic campaigns, including grand battles with thousands of units on realistic and historically accurate terrain, with weather factors, battle order, logistics,  and combat outcomes. As with all award-winning titles created by the 2by3 Games team, factors such as supplies, fatigue, experience, morale, and skill of your division, corps, and army commanders play a vital role in determining the outcome on the front lines. Gary Grigsby’s War in the East features 4 massive campaigns, and many smaller scenarios with different strategic and operational challenges.

Gary Grigsby’s War in the East shows a truly epic representation of World War II on the Eastern Front and is unparalleled in scale, detail and ambition!
