Developed by the developers of the groundbreaking Police Simulator: Patrol Officers and Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator, the first simulation where you can experience all aspects of the life of an ambulance worker. Your goal? Quickly reach the scene of the accident by ambulance. Your mission? Take care of the injured and provide first aid. Every accident is different and your task is to adapt and make the right decisions, while demonstrating speed and efficiency.

You work on the West Coast of the United States and tasks await you in various places such as the old town, the business district and the industrial area. Each neighborhood has unique characteristics and can be the site of an accident or other serious event. Residents lead different lifestyles and undertake a variety of activities that can lead to new types of incidents.

As soon as you receive an emergency call, you need to get into the ambulance, turn on the siren and arrive as to the scene as soon as possible. Overcoming crowded streets and looking for the best route will require excellent driving skills.

When you arrive at the scene of the accident, conduct an analysis of the situation to determine the appropriate course of action for each of those affected. Talk to each person to find out the circumstances of the accident. Calm them down by performing the necessary studies using numerous instruments, and then determine the preliminary diagnosis. You can later provide first aid and use a stretcher to take the injured to the hospital as soon as possible if the injuries turn out to be more serious. After a certain number of interventions, you will be assigned to new districts where other events occur, and new instruments will be made available in your ambulance.

During your shift, various tragic events may occur that will require certain actions from you. You will have to deal with a large number of injured people, requiring a quick examination and keeping calm. You need to group them according to the severity of the damage and save as many of them as possible. There will be moral dilemmas that have a direct impact on the chances of survival of those affected. Make the right decisions, because sometimes not everyone can be saved. Can you keep a cool head?
